For all TRANYOO products, if issues or malfunctions occur in the mechanical components, materials, or functions of the product itself due to normal use and maintenance within the warranty period, and after verification, our company will provide free warranty services.
This warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:
A. The product has exceeded the warranty period;
B. The product is damaged due to the user's failure to follow the instructions in the manual;
C. The product is disassembled, repaired, or structurally modified without the company's authorization;
D. The warranty card and consumption voucher cannot be provided;
E. Product failures or damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires).
Note: After - sales warranty services do not include product transportation costs and do not provide on - site repair services.
